RENTAL DEPARTMENT:-
Our basic services consists / comprises of the following: Inspection of property before and after occupation. Advertising of property in the local newspapers and on the internet. When a prospective tenant is interested in the property, an application form is completed and a credit check is done. When the tenant has been approved, the following is done: A contract is drawn up and signed by the tenant. Payment of all relevant monies. (Rent, deposit, contract fees etc.) Settling of all relevant accounts (levies, rates, bond etc.) if requested by lessor. Handeling of all complaints Gathering of quotations if necassary, see to completion of maintenance Our maximum collection fee is 10% (negotiable). "To select the correct property...
